Censys BV is a close-knit and informal company that likes to invest in its employees. As a help desk employee (M / F), we will work hard together to continue supporting our customers with smart solutions and you will contribute to Pitane Mobility.


What do you have at home?

In this position you have the responsibility for all first line support. You ensure every day that all Pitane Mobility applications and cloud servers are available and can continue to run without problems.


We are looking for people with a passion to maintain customer relationships.

  • Completed IT training at MBO level 3 or 4
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience at an IT service desk
  • Experience with service desk or workplace management activities
  • Experience with on-site and remote support activities
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language
