When you contact our telephone help desk, we ask you to actively activate a Teamviewer session so that we can look with you. This can be opened in Pitane Mobility under HELP / Helpdesk Assistance. You can also set your Teamviewer on your computer so that we can also watch with any open files. Download the latest Teamviewer version for this www.teamviewer.com.
