If you have an outage contract, the above times may not apply to you. We ask you to consult your outage contract for times when we are available for you.

You can create a ticket 24/7 through our help desk center.

When you contact our telephone help desk, we ask you to actively activate a Teamviewer session so that we can look with you. This can be opened in Pitane Mobility under HELP / Helpdesk Assistance. You can also set your Teamviewer on your computer so that we can also watch with any open files. Download the latest Teamviewer version for this
